Inside Out

Lately I’ve been watching back-to-back episodes of ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’. Is it weird that my favorite of all is Frank Barone? Yes, I love that selfish-obnoxious-stubborn old man!

Now over to the post title – no, it’s not the Bryan Adams number. It's just another reason why I love this adorable skirt – I can wear it reversed. I carefully removed the tags off the inside and voila! I got myself a brand new skirt. The black hearts are nice and so are these white ones!! It’s so much fun to play around with the pieces you already have in your closet. Fun Shopping. For free!! :):)

Almost a Dress

My friends had planned to meet up for a fancy lunch when I was spending the weekend at my in-laws’. As we didn’t plan for the meet-up earlier, I didn’t pack much. Knowing that I had limited choice I badly wanted to wear a dress (my brain acts very stubborn at times). All I had was this kaftan and a pair of jeans. I scanned the closet for something useful and found this old pleated denim skirt lying unwanted. I threw in the skirt with the kaftan and I got a decent looking outfit; it’s not my best, but I was quite happy with the result! Sylvia almost thought it’s a dress; Yay!!

If you are still here, after reading my outfit-rant gibberish, you must know that - I love u!! :):)

Drizzly Wednesday

The good news is, the weather is lovely in Bangalore - it makes me crave for hot onion pakodas and black tea!! The bad news is – it’s Wednesday and it’s no public holiday.. so the most exciting thing about today was taking short breaks between work. There were no onion pakodas, but unlimited supply of black tea! The rest of the day looks promising though, as we have dinner invitation at my in-laws’ place! If I'm lucky, I might get some onion pakodas too… *drool face*

They are totally trend proof. They can be dressed up or down, very easily. They can be paired with almost everything... And this pair fits like a dream! I don't need more reasons to love them, do I!!?

Summer Treat!

I'm not much of a dessert person; hardly get those sugar cravings. And I'm terrible at making desserts. But this one is so easy that a ten year old can make it. Scatter Brain

I know I know, it's about time I posted on the blog! It's been really long no...two weeks? I wasn't that busy; just that, I had too many things floating around my head and I was going in circles! I needed sometime to focus and set my priorities right. Enough about my confused state of mind. How have you been? What have you been upto?

I love light chiffon blouses as much as I love summer dresses, this time of the year. They are so breezy and comfortable!
